We have a clear business plan called our Vision Into Action (VIA).  This aligns the energies and efforts of our teams behind the brands, markets and projects that will make the most impact on our revenue, our margin, and our market performance. 

We organise across three priorities:

Using our size, focus and sustainable approach to create brands which are consumer favourites. Building strong partnerships with retailers, so we grow profitably across chocolate, gum and candy.

2  Efficiency: Relentless focus on price, cost and efficiency

Simplifying our organisation to reduce costs and increase speed and our ability to compete. Managing our use of financial and natural resources to increase profit margins and improve our environmental impact.

 

3  Capability:  Ensure world-class quality

Developing world-class skills, processes and ways of working. Motivating our people and reward winning performance.

They are underpined by our Sustainability Commitments which have been carefully selected to both improve our business and our impact on the wider world.
