Bob has wide international Human Resources expertise, and his responsibilities also include corporate affairs (communication, public affairs and corporate responsibility). He joined Cadbury in the US in 1990 as Vice-President, Human Resources for our former global beverages business. He was Group Director of Strategic Human Resources Management from 1992 - 96.
