In 2007, 1848 lauched two new dark chocolate lines …Organic certified. These are made from entirely organic and carefully selected cocoas.
So far, this new range consists of two recipes:
- Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa
- Dark chocolate with a citrus-fruit natural flavour
This launch was a major one for the factory since the production site had to undergo significant changes in order to get the organic certification.
