Stimorol

Stimorol is the surprisingly original brand that always goes beyond great.

The brand was first launched in Denmark in 1956 - a time when chewing gum was an American phenomenon mostly associated with soldiers and young rebels like Hollywood actor, James Dean.

With it’s strong youth appeal and American flag associations (thanks to the blue, red and white colours and the stars and stripes brand iconography), Stimorol has today conquered more than 40 markets - from Greenland to Fiji.

For a decade during the 90’s right after the end of the Cold War Stimorol was even market leader in Russia, where consumers found it difficult to resist the Stimorol brand that symbolised a taste of “American Freedom”.

Today, more than 50 years after it was launched, Stimorol Original (still using the original recipe) continues to succeed in many of the key markets in Europe due to the unique blend of mint and liquorice that provides a strong, fresh and stimulating flavour.

In May 2007, Stimorol became the market leading chewing gum brand in Northern Europe.
