Cadbury Schweppes - Acquisition of 53% Stake in Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group Completed

Further to its announcement of 25 April 2006, Cadbury Schweppes has today completed the acquisition of The Carlyle Group's 53% stake in Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group.
