There are a number of nationwide opportunities for undergraduates to spend an 11-month placement within our Field Sales division as the face of Cadbury UK. Building strong relationships with store managers and regional contacts, you'll increase confectionery sales and achieve set key performance indicators.

Working closely with one of our field sales teams in Impulse sector, you'll drive sales by ensuring we have the best share of space, the best displays and full distribution of our products. You'll also be selling our new products, and you'll need to be able to take advantage of any merchandising opportunities there may be within the store. In this frontline role you'll actually see the difference you're making to the business.
There is a comprehensive 12-week induction programme including classroom-based and on-the-job training. As well as taking part in monthly team meetings, you'll appreciate regular one-to-one coaching with your manager, and reviews of your performance and development. You'll also be encouraged to drive your own development through setting learning objectives with your manager. If you have a successful year you'll be invited to participate in an assessment centre, which will determine whether you're invited to join our Commercial (Sales and Marketing) Graduate Programme. Placements can start any time between June and September at a time that's convenient for you and us.
