In Planning & Customer Logistics you will follow a joint scheme that provides opportunities within both the “Plan” and “Deliver” parts of the Cadbury supply chain. Our scheme is flexible, although graduates typically follow four 9 month placements over three years with one placement in another part of the business – this could be another part of 
the supply chain, or into a commercial role.
We make sure that graduates are always placed in real jobs, so that you can contribute and make a difference from the word go. We match up every new graduate with a mentor, an experienced manager who will work with you throughout your graduate scheme to research and plan your placements to create the right career foundation for you.
