Brief summary of career so far and an overview of current role:
Joined as Manufacturing Graduate, becoming Factory line manager. Other roles I've had are:
- Graduate Development Manager
- Secondment to an external schools-industry link programme
- Sales Regional & National Account Manager
- Logistics Customer Service Manager
- Several Supply Chain business change project roles including global roles
Current role:
S&OP Leader for UK business - Lead team planning in-house and 3rd party production of all seasonal and contract packed products, including materials supply.
What do you love about working at Cadbury?
The opportunity I've had to do an enormous variety and number of roles.
What has been your favourite role and why?
Global project roles; the opportunity to visit business units all round the world and being part of something that significantly changed the way our business works.
What has been your least favourite role and why?
Sales, once I realised I wasn't cut out to be a National Account Manager for the rest of my career!
What is your favourite product and why?
Picnic, because I love the chewy, crunchiness of it.
