Hi Struthi,
Cadbury Schweppes definitely does accept post-graduates as well. There's a stereotype that graduate schemes only accept people who have done their undergrad within the last two years, but this definitely isn't the case here (not least because it contravenes age legislation). As long as you have an undergraduate degree, you are welcome to apply regardless of age, experience or further education.
In terms of what makes graduates hire-able, I would focus on showing how you are strong on "Judgement, Drive and Influence". Check out the "top tips for our selection process" section of this website for further information on what these mean in detail. Beyond this, make sure you're being yourself (it's very clear when you're trying to be what you think the assessor wants you to be, and it just undermines your credibility) and think about how you're "framing" everything you say i.e. giving enough background to help understanding without going into too much depth, being concise and clear, speaking with confidence but not arrogance etc etc. If you can find the right balance, you'll come across strongly.
Hope this helps!
Ross

Hi Ross,
Thanks a bunch for the reply. When you know where you want to be, the whole application process seems loads less daunting somehow. Now I sure do hope the company accepts would-be post grads into the scheme as well...
This time I am here to ask you what exactly made you and the other graduates 'hirable'?
P.S. Will hit Sainsbury's for the confectionery shopping for sure.
