Marketing Director Iberia
"My job has taken my partner & I to live in Barcelona for three years!"
"I'd sum up working for Cadbury as challenging, rewarding and fun. There's a great culture here - people are supported and coached to deliver their full potential.
"I joined Cadbury in 2000 and have really enjoyed my time here so far - primarily due to the fantastic opportunities and great challenges in every role, and consequently the fast career progression.
"The roles I've worked in since joining include: Brand Manager for Heroes, Senior Brand Manager for Assortments, Cadbury Dairy Milk Megabrand Manager, Portfolio Manager for Gifts & Occasions and Marketing Director of Cadbury Iberia.
"The most rewarding moment in my career came with the opportunity to move to Barcelona as Marketing Director for Iberia. It was a great opportunity to learn a new market with different consumer, competitive and trade dynamics, and it meant my partner and I living in Barcelona for three years!
"I think my proudest moment was the Cadbury Dairy Milk re-launch. I led a cross-functional team of people to deliver a major re-launch for the brand. This involved the transition of Caramel and Wispa to become Dairy Milk variants, new design, new products, new positioning and new advertising. It delivered 23.7% sales growth and 29% share growth, and the whole cross-functional team was recognised by Cadbury for their contribution to the sales results.
"And possibly the most unusual thing I've ever done as part of my job involved going shopping with 14 year-old boys to observe what they were buying their girlfriends for Valentines Day!"
