I started at Cadbury 12 years ago and some of my most treasured friends today are people who joined at the same time as me. More generally the relationships that I have with many people are professional but incredibly friendly and supportive. I have been given the opportunity to work with a host of people from different departments and functions in my time at Cadbury and would consider that I am able to call upon a number different support contacts from across the business at any time.

One of the most satisfying parts of my career has been helping members of my team develop and grow into bigger roles in the company.  I find one of the most rewarding parts about working for Cadbury is that you are given regular opportunities to do different and more challenging roles, which really helps you to develop.

What makes me most proud when I tell people about my work is quite simply that I work for a company which owns brands that everyone has a unique personal affection with. I have never met someone who didn’t want to tell me what their favourite Cadbury product was or ask me “what happened to..?” It’s great fun.

The most unusual thing I have done as part of my job is probably running Cadbury Sports Days in ASDA car-parks as part of our sponsorship of the Commonwealth Games.

If I were a Cadbury product? I’d say Boost but I would love to ask my colleagues what they think the answer would be!
