Manufacturing & Engineering

People love our brands and we love making them - but it takes more than just 'a factory'. We are continually investing in new technology and developing new processes.

 Manufacturing and Engineering Graduates

Our job is to produce existing products more effectively and source innovative solutions that enable new product development. Visit any one of our 10 sites across Britain & Ireland, and you'll see people working together to exceed customer expectations.  We're always striving to do things better, not only by operating to maximum flexibility and efficiency, but also by creating a business that's safe, ethical and environmentally-sound too. It's about challenging the norm and offering innovative solutions.

Confronting the challenges of large-scale production, you'll be given accountability for key decision-making and the freedom to pioneer innovative solutions. The scheme is flexible allowing you to experience both operations and technical functions. It's a fantastic opportunity to try a range of roles before committing to a specific career path. Whatever your role, you're guaranteed work that's varied, challenging and stimulating.

Ideally you'll have an Engineering degree but this isn't always essential particularly if you score highly in judgment, drive and influence at the assessment centre. We employ engineers in following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Production, and Chemical. The roles fall into three broad categories, projects, development and operations.
