The finance department within Cadbury offers a wide selection of Corporate and Business opportunities within a Global organisation. As a graduate in finance you'll have the chance to be a 'business partner' right from the outset. By providing sound measurement and analysis you'll help key managers to make the right business decisions. We'll ensure that you get full support from our CIMA 'Quality Approved' training, plus the chance to develop your career with increasingly senior and challenging roles within our varied Britain and Ireland based businesses.

So how does the scheme work?

Following the CIMA experience guidelines, the programme aims to move you around the business every 18 months giving you the chance to work in real roles (not placements) in two different functions over the course of the scheme.

So what can you do?

As the largest global support function in the business you will get the opportunity to interact across a wide variety of functions from Supply Chain to Commercial as well as experiencing specialised roles in key departments and at Group level.  Follow this link to find out more on specific roles that have been available to finance graduates.
