What skills and prior experience are you looking for in the majority of jobs i.e. - do you need to have had experience in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry?

This depends on the role that you are applying for. In the case of a graduate, we are looking for people who have excelled academically - but not just academically, who stand out from their peers as an overachiever, who display exceptional talent, enthusiasm and drive, and who thrive on hard work. People who love a challenge and aren't fazed by ambiguity and change. For roles other than those requiring a graduate, we are looking for similar qualities, but with some prior work experience.
