Supply Chain

At Cadbury we create exciting, world class products across three main sectors of confectionery, Chocolate, Candy and Gum.  Each of these have their own challenges as we aim to maintain and improve upon our world leading position in each of them, from our much loved Cadbury Dairy Milk to The Natural Confectionery Company and Trident Gum.  The role of the supply chain is to enable profitable growth for our business by planning, sourcing, making and delivering these fantastic brands to our customers.

We are focused on delivering great tasting products to our consumers in a way that drives efficiency for our customers.  To do this we work together as an integrated supply chain, focused on customers, and aligned around shared business goals. The supply chain is made of many different exciting roles, which can be grouped very simply – Plan, Source, Make and Deliver.

What that means for you

Successful applicants will join the Britain and Ireland supply chain which works closely with our commercial and other business areas.  Whilst graduates in our supply chain will predominantly be based in Britain or Ireland, there are opportunities to work closely with our overseas businesses, and some assignments may have an element of international travel

At Cadbury we have an integrated supply chain graduate scheme. This means that you will be anchored in one of the four areas, with the flexibility to take up a placement in another part of the supply chain, depending on your career plan and development needs.
