Science & Technology

Chocolate tempering pictureThe responsibility for the Science and Technology within Cadbury ranges from identifying leading edge scientific concepts through to consumer driven product development.

On our graduate programme you will help to formulate the next generation of confectionery best sellers. Dependant upon the placement you are on at the time, you could be involved in high level scientific innovation to getting hands-on (quite literally) with chocolate in all its mouth-watering forms, or anywhere in between!

Supported by technical training events and by working alongside some of the confectionery world's foremost experts, we'll help you develop the skills needed to master your specialism and progress your career into senior management.

Based at any of our UK sites you may be expected to be travel both within the UK and globally during the graduate programme to maximise your development and the experiences you gain.

Unfortunately we will not be recruiting for our Science and Technology Graduate Scheme for roles to start in 2010 in order to ensure the continued development of our current graduates.  However, we will reopen in Autumn 2010 to recruit for our 2011 scheme.  We are recruiting year long industrial placements for positions to start in Summer 2010 though; for more information click here.
