Our Sales & Marketing programme is a chance to build a career as a leading Commercial manager. Based in Uxbridge or Coolock, Dublin, you'll undertake a number of Head Office roles, such as Brand Executive or Category Development Executive. You'll also spend time in a field sales role, and this could take you anywhere in the UK or Ireland.
In our diverse marketing team you'll be identifying and tracking consumer and market trends, strengthening our massive confectionery brands and creating new ones, and orchestrating the introduction of all product-related changes across the organisation. You'll understand the needs of our consumers and deliver products that delight them.
You'll also be working with our customers to maximise sales of our entire product range. The challenge is to ensure our products are effectively promoted, readily available and well presented to all potential shoppers.
The work's challenging, interesting, varied and fun, and you'll be expected to start growing sales from day one. Our graduates are the potential future leaders of the business, the opportunity is there and you'll be given every support to achieve it.
