Supply Chain

Have you ever wondered how a delicious bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk gets from the cocoa bean to the shop counter? Who buys the ingredients and the packaging, and who works out how much we need and when? Who designs, builds and operates the chocolate making equipment and who makes our chocolate bars look and taste so good? And who makes sure they get to our customers so that you can buy it where you want and when you want it? Well that’s us – we are the Supply Chain

Engineering

In Engineering we develop and maintain the processes that bring our fantastic brands to life.  Working closely with our colleagues in Supply Chain and Science & Technology we develop our processes to become safer, more efficient, more flexible, more reliable and help us deliver our great products to our customers.

Sales & Marketing

This is an opportunity to build a career as a leading Commercial manager. In marketing we use our understanding of what makes consumers tick to influence them to choose our brands. In sales you'll work closely with existing and new customers to help them sell even more of our great products.

Finance

This is the largest global support function in the business. Working as a graduate in Finance at Cadbury offers the chance to work with a wide variety of functions whilst qualifying for the internationally recognised professional qualification CIMA - The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Science & Technology

Unfortunately, we will not be recruiting into Science and Technology for positions that start in September 2010.  However, we will be recruiting for roles to start in 2011 so please check back in Autumn 2010.  We are recruiting year long industrial placements for positions to start in Summer 2010 though; for more information click here.
